"We count on Weber to deliver value and execute quickly. We feel like we can ask them to do anything and they will do it. They told me a long time ago that they never say "no" and they haven't."
Chuck Hoober Partner Hoober, Inc.
I love advertising. I love working with clients and making stuff happen. Running this agency has given me the chance to market in a fresh new way. Over the years I've surrounded myself with people who not only get stuff done, and get it done fast, but who love helping our clients. If you need to reach in an emergency, call my cell; 717-572-9776. I'm here for you.

I believe in the WAM philosophy: getting stuff done is the number one priority of the day - EVERY day. I eat, breathe and sleep that mantra. That is why I love creating and executing our clients' marketing plans. Everyday it's another fresh challenge because we do whatever it takes to make it happen. No job is above us or below us.
Playing golf and volleyball, working in my yard and watching baseball.
Member of Abraham C. Treichler Lodge, and attend church at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in E-town
Married to my wife Melissa since 1995 and two very naughty cats, Ovie and Lucy
I feel liberated! Since we never tell customers "NO", I don't need to worry about fitting into a niche, or about pleasing some bureaucracy. So I'm free to work on delivering results by employing the correct marketing strategy. And the end result: our clients' interests always are a priority.
My kids take up most of my time, but when I do get some free time I enjoy traveling, the beach and gardening.
Married to Todd Haberstroh with two daughters, Daniella and Abigail.
How does a rocket propulsion engineer wind up managing an advertising agency? Databases aren't just integral to keeping a satellite in the air. They also are an amazing tool for delivering information to our clients, which increases sales. I love creating and building unique projects - and this agency is definitely unique.
Active in Church, Coaching my son at Ice Hockey, going to my daughter's soccer games, Hiking and general outdoor stuff.
Married To Susan; Two kids : A teenage son who just got his driver's license, and a daughter just into her teens.

As my job title indicates, proofreading is all about details. But my job doesn't end there. I routinely navigate the congested PR highway for our clients, for whom I ferret out publications for press release placement. Plus I carefully administer the insurance and retirement benefits for our employees.
Playing Volleyball, Singing as a member of St. Joseph Church & Lancaster Liederkranz Choir, Reading, Hanging out at the Beach, Traveling

There is a difference between the way projects are handled at "old school" agencies and the way they're fulfilled here at Weber. I am that difference (or at least a huge part of it). As someone well-versed in all aspects of WAM's vertically integrated system, I make sure our clients' projects move smoothly, quickly - and cost-efficiently - from start to finish.
All things baseball, fantasy sports, reading, exercising, beer & the occasional cigar.
Account Point Guard
I lead the office in assists. I oversee all kinds of print ads and projects, and I work all of the in-house systems, usually on a quick turn. Working with the client, I make sure the ad that we are doing promotes the brand and that all the details are correct. And, thanks to our talented writers and designers, I pull it all off.
Pick up sports, classic rock music, video games, medieval role playing, walking with my dog, cheering for the Eagles (not the band - the sports team - well both actually)
Co-commissioner of my fantasy football league!
No wife or kids, but I am the youngest of 5 - so I have 4 great sisters and lots of nieces and nephews.
I came from the printing industry, where we were always on tight deadlines. While the scope of what I do has expanded, my training from my previous job has served me well. What I enjoy most is building relationships with my clients and working with my coworkers to help to grow our clients' business.
Cycling, running, and sitting on the beach
I am a deal maker, aka a media buyer. I have bought Super Bowl ads, and, because I never say "no", also a bus, sound systems and 5000 cupcake trees (yes, the little stands that hold cupcakes). I am also proud of the proprietary media buying system I helped to develop.
Traveling, Reading, Working Out, Playing & Watching Sports (Ice Hockey & Baseball in particular)
Free Candy Ice Hockey, DCRE Tournament Hockey, WAM Slam Softball, St Paul's Church Softball
Don Quixote had his Sancho Panza. Jim Weber has me. Not an evil twin, like my job title infers, but rather an alter ego who's the exact opposite. Jim makes stuff happen and "gets stuff done." I siesta. (Someone has to do it). Jim runs the agency, but I lend my face to the agency - as the poster child for "Quit Slacking!"
Jim likes to drink Guinness. I like Tequila. Jim likes the Grateful Dead. I like celebrating the Day of the Dead. Jim likes to cook on the grill. I like to … well, I like to grill, too. Fajitas, anyone?
Nada. (Jim already belongs to all of them, so why should I have to?)
The Godfather of Graphics
I was a born artist. So I enjoy being the head of the Art Department, and doing everything that I was born to do: designing ads, billboards, sell sheets and more, while managing the flow of an entire team of very talented people. Although tight deadlines may be routine around here, our jobs always get done.
Drawing cartoons, playing poker (with the WAM crew at lunch and also with my poker buddies), bicycle riding (To and from work) and camping in Potter County.
My wife Elizabeth and I were married in 2007 and have 2 kids – Oliver born in July 2011, and Lucy born September 2014.
I look at life with a designer's eye. Whether it's a beautiful landscape or a well-designed print ad, I appreciate great design. Because it's so easy and fulfilling to bring all that I absorb into my daily work, I feel quite at home making ad design and brands appealing to consumers.
I started renovating my childhood doll house and a love for creating anything miniature emerged! I create food, furniture, and dioramas in 1:12 scale. I also love bike riding, gardening, hiking, laying in the sun (particularly on a beach) and traveling.
I have 2 older brothers, Greg and Justin who along with their wives gave me 3 awesome nephews and 1 beautiful niece. I also have a half brother Damon who lives in New York. My husband is Matt. My dad lives around the corner and you can often find him on his bike, in our parking lot, checking up on me.
Design is my life. I notice how everything around me is designed - from proper kerning to accurate shadows - and will point out those finer details to anyone who will listen. I have a special place in my heart for great typography and I feel right at home when designing a project that will not only "wow" a client, but ultimately get results.
Swimming, reading, shopping, watching football and Netflix

World Wide Web-Slinger
I build websites, in weeks, not months. I design and code custom solutions geared towards getting the right information to customers. No two businesses are the same, so why use templates. I can streamline the online marketing process to communicate a consistent message through the web, email and in-store devices.

I majored in graphic design at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Lancaster. After graduation in 2019, I began as an art intern and became a full-time member of the WAM team. My projects range from digital ads and TV slides to grocery bib tags and store signs. I even help out with website updates and various printing projects.
Slicer, Dicer & Everything Else
I do whatever is needed. Work with grocery store circulars, work in the large format printing department, and even client painting projects. Name it, and I've probably had a hand in it at some point in time. Want further proof? I even helped with the renovation project on our building!

2015 Inductee, WAM Lunch Time Poker Hall of Fame
I’m a boomerang employee who just couldn’t pass up a chance to work at Weber a second time! I love creative work and hate coffee. I run on ideas instead of caffeine -- well maybe with a side of chai. If there was a DNA test for creativity, mine would come back positive!
Striving to pull the pieces of life’s puzzle out of the jumbled pile, I make stories out of the mess. Undaunted in the face of chaos, my hubby, Scott and I, are raising four rambunctious kids who I write about in my books: Moments for Mothers Volume 1 The Early Years and Volume 2 Double Trouble.

The Helping Hands
I have the honor of helping with whatever is needed. If a deadline is approaching, I help get it done. Better yet, I get in done early so my team does not have to sweat. My life and varied work experience has made a good fit for any project that comes my way!
Spending time with family and friends at gatherings and picnics, going down the shore with my family, spending time with my wife anywhere, The Philadelphia Phillies, The Pittsburgh Steelers, Millersville University Athletics and Music of many kinds.

My wife Trish. Two adult children.
My daily work regimen is all about service through numbers. The agency counts on me to make sure everything related to finances and billing flows smoothly. But even more significantly, so do our clients. I'm committed to being accurate and timely, so that businesses can maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
Kids' sporting events; being WAM Slam's most vocal fan
Member of Harvest Bible Chapel (Youth Leader & Tech Team Member)
My office is not like a regular accounting office. We keep things interesting. For example, by including the bills we receive with the bills clients receive, our clients can be confident that they are getting what they are paying for. Plus, we also help with co-op allocations, just ask!

It's definitely the digital age - and I am definitely the man when it comes to digital production. Everything that gets produced here at Weber - from booklets to signs, banners to trade show booths - is touched by me before it goes out. And if I touch it, you can trust that it's not only first-rate, but it'll bring results for the client.
When a client needs a sign or banner, I say "let's rock and roll!" Once the signage is printed, I stitch it, or mount it - or both - and then go "on tour" with Witt for the professional set-up and installation. The end result: the graphic arts equivalent of a rock anthem.
music in general, and Insane Clown Posse in particular; live concerts
On-Site General Contractor
Just call me the CEO of infrastructure. WAM is housed in a unique historical building, and so there has been a lot of remodeling, painting, lighting, plumbing, window and siding work that needed to be done (which I did) – and those things all require daily maintenance (which I do). Plus I also get involved with building and installing things outside the office – signs, billboards and (my specialty) unexpected projects..
Volunteering for my church's Youth Group; taking Adult Mission trips to disaster areas to assist with rebuilding.
married to Linda since 1983; four kids, six grandkids
When grocery store signs need attention, my job begins. As a "hired hand," I cut 'em up, roll 'em up and move 'em out every week! I rely on our great production crew to help "round up" the finished projects - and they know they can rely on me to roam wherever I’m needed to "get stuff done!"
